I am owner and founder of The Self Center in Winchester, MA, an 1863 establishment with history, spirit and charm. At The Self Center, I assist clients to achieve their personal and professional goals using the sciences of Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming, Handwriting Analysis, and Grapho-Therapy. I am a REIKI Master who teaches and uses the Usui Method of Natural Healing, Light & Sound Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique for the well-being of my clients. I am also, a Certified Teacher and Speech and Language Therapist who has developed a program for kids only called "Taking the High Road"TM. Using rhythm, jingles and rhyme that is self-hypnotic, they learn personal strategies that foster efficient and effective social skills. My ten years experience in management and corporate training have been invaluable to my current business at The Self Center. I am looking forward to what we can achieve together.
